All of our original recipes are hand prepped from scratch with only fresh ingredients (see below menu for more information). We can accommodate most of our guest’s custom requests, special needs, or new ideas. Our entire menu is available for carry out.

An Original Pancake House tradition! Filled with fresh Granny Smith apples and complemented with a Sinkiang cinnamon and sugar glaze.
Dutch Baby German Pancake
Our most famous creation. Oven-baked until golden brown and served with whipped butter, lemons, powdered sugar, and hot maple syrup.

Cherry Kijafa Crepes – Cherries simmered in Kijafa Wine Sauce and rolled into three delicate crepes
Fresh Strawberry – Our Tender Crepe filled and topped with Luscious, Fresh Strawberries and lightly dusted with Powdered Sugar. Topped with Fresh Whipped Cream.
Apple Crepes – Our own rich filling of apples, cinnamon, pecans and sour cream, topped with cinnamon sugar and pecans.
Continental Crepes – Three Crepes rolled and topped with Mandarin Oranges and Tropical Syrup.

Waffles

Fresh Strawberry Waffle – A golden brown waffle topped with a generous portion of fresh strawberries and our own fresh whipped cream. Served with strawberry syrup.
Pecan Waffle – Made with toasted Georgia pecans.
Apple Waffle – Fresh Apples and Cinnamon sugar, served with apple cinnamon syrup

Our success over many years is maintained by a core standard of quality unparalleled, and never compromised for price or product grade. This includes:
• Our orange and grapefruit juice is squeezed fresh daily.
• All of our berries are the best available; including the lingonberries, which are imported from Sweden.
• Our delicious syrups include maple, blueberry, strawberry, mixed berry, apple cinnamon, and tropical- all created daily in our kitchen.
• Old fashioned sugar-cured bacon, hickory smoked hams, and ‘special recipe’ sausages are used.
• Our coffee is blended just for our own use, developed to complement your meal.
• The highest quality 93 score butter is used in our batters and for cooking.
• Pure heavy whipping cream is used in our batters, whipped cream, and coffee.
• Only the most farm fresh extra large white Grade AA eggs are used.
• We use unbleached, hard-wheat flour.
• No trans fats.
